1. Website use

These terms govern access to the MG Tourism website, travel-request tools and MG Traveller Club features. By using them, you agree to use the website lawfully and provide accurate information.

2. Quote requests are not bookings

Submitting a form, adding an item to My Trip or receiving an automated request number does not create a reservation, guarantee availability or require payment. A service becomes confirmed only after MG Tourism sends a final proposal or booking confirmation, the client accepts its stated terms, and any required payment is received through the agreed method.

3. Prices, availability and third-party services

Travel prices may change because of dates, currency, capacity, supplier conditions, taxes and other factors. Each proposal should state its inclusions, exclusions, validity period, cancellation terms and payment schedule. Hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides, insurers and experience providers remain responsible for the services they operate, subject to applicable consumer law.

4. Polar expeditions and private aviation

MG Tourism acts as travel arranger and does not claim to operate expedition vessels or aircraft. A polar booking is placed with the expedition operator identified in the written proposal; its current IAATO or AECO membership, as applicable, is checked before confirmation. Aircraft type, licensed carrier, routing, permits, crew, payload and airport access are likewise confirmed in the private-aviation proposal.

Polar routes, landings, wildlife, flights and timings can change or be cancelled for weather, ice, wildlife, permissions, operational limits or safety. Reference fares and departure windows shown on the website are planning information only. The confirmed operator contract, medical approval, insurance limits, biosecurity rules, visa and transit eligibility, cancellation schedule and final itinerary govern the booking.

5. MG Traveller Club

Membership is personal and valid for 12 months from activation unless a written offer says otherwise. Each member receives a unique number and digital card. Membership is not transferable and is not a payment card.

“Up to 30%” means the maximum preferred-member saving that may be available on eligible MG Tourism services. It is not guaranteed on every service, date, supplier or quotation. The actual saving, if any, will be stated in the confirmed proposal. Supplier-imposed charges, taxes and non-eligible third-party services may be excluded.

Misuse, false information, fraud or attempts to transfer benefits may lead to suspension or cancellation subject to applicable law.

6. Client responsibilities

• Check names, dates, travel documents and proposal details before approval.
• Hold valid passports, visas, permits and health documentation.
• Provide accurate ages, accessibility, medical or dietary information relevant to requested services.
• Comply with provider rules and destination law.

7. Changes and cancellations

The specific change, cancellation, refund and no-show terms will be stated in the travel proposal or provider conditions. Where a conflict exists, mandatory consumer law prevails.

8. Intellectual property

The MG Tourism name, logo, website design, original text and other owned material may not be reproduced, sold or presented as another business without written permission. Third-party destination images and provider marks remain subject to their respective rights.

9. Liability and force majeure

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Travel may be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption, public authority decisions and force-majeure events. Where this happens, the applicable provider terms and mandatory law govern available remedies.

10. Contact and governing law

Questions may be sent to info@mggrupturizm.com.tr. Unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and disputes are subject to the competent authorities and courts in Türkiye.
